We are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager.
Under the direction of the owner and the coordinators, the incumbent ensures the proper functioning of the vital systems of both establishments, either directly or by referring to the relevant technicians.
- Maintain air conditioning/heating system operation, lighting, plumbing, cleanliness and chemistry associated with some of these systems with professional assistance when required.
- Carry out repair and construction projects when needed, as well as purchase necessary tools and materials.
- Communication and follow-up with suppliers, requesting quotes.
- Manage consumable inventory and purchase requisitions.
- Keep work areas and equipment clean at all times.
- Lead continuous improvement projects from A to Z.
- Perform all other related tasks.
Requirements and working conditions
- Be in good physical condition.
- Autonomous, resourceful and proactive.
- Comfortable working in a computerized environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Be proactive in monitoring and implementing procedures.
- Knowledge of basic mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, chemical and woodworking principles.
- Ability to analyze and diagnose problems.
Assets :
Knowledge of climbing equipment and yoga
Class 5 driver’s license
ability to speak and write English
Salary offered: $18.00 to $21.00/hour depending on experience
Number of hours per week: approx. 15
Job status : Permanent – part-time – day/evening/week

Zero Gravité, a climbing and yoga center in Montreal, is looking for a creative and motivated person to join the team in the Communications department.
Do you want to put your talent for visuals, words, and ideas to work for a passionate community? We want to meet you! What you will do on a daily basis
- Create visuals (print & web) that make people want to climb and roll out their yoga mats.
- Manage our social media accounts: create content, choose visuals, moderate discussions.
- Update the website: adapt visuals, write clear and dynamic content.
- Design our posters and other materials for events.
- Prepare and send the monthly newsletter.
- Coordinate external service providers (photographers, graphic designers, printers).
- Help organize special events.
- Write and distribute company communications materials.
Required profile
- Creativity and visual acumen.
- Good writing skills in French (English an asset).
- Comfortable with social media and web tools.
- Independent, organized, and collaborative.
- Enjoys rock climbing and yoga.
Conditions
- Part-time position: 10 to 15 hours per week.
- Flexible hours, possibility of partial remote work.
