Hatha Yoga

Base, Ascension levels

Our hatha yoga classes focus on exploring the fundamentals of work posture in yoga. It is a rigorous practice that takes the time to analyze further the postures, thus making it possible to practice more slowly and more in depth the notions alignment, stability, balance, strength and availability of asanas. This type of course is ideal for students who wish to deepen their understanding of the foundations of a yoga practice and asana structure. Breathing exercises are sometimes integrated into our hatha yoga classes.

Vinyasa Yoga

Base, Ascension, Ascension+ levels

Our vinyasa yoga classes offer postural practice through sequences dynamic and more sustained rhythm. It is a practice centered on movement, allowing the development of a more conscious, more controlled breathing in harmony with the movement. This type of class is ideal for students who want to work more on cardio, mobility, ease of movement, and endurance. Various rhythms and sequences are explored in our vinyasa classes, thus allowing us to work on all facets of the asana practice.

Yin & Restorative Yoga

All levels

Our yin yoga & restorative classes focus on deep stretching and postures that promote the relaxation of body and mind. Restorative yoga is a relaxed practice that releases muscle tension and calms the mind. It brings a necessary downtime to our often too hectic daily life. The use of yoga accessories helps support the body in the postures to hold them longer.

General Physical Preparation

All levels

The general physical preparation class is a workout making use of body weight or with rubber bands. It aims at creating and developing the widest and most complete physical base possible. During classes, attendees will work on stability, flexibility, endurance, balance, agility, strength and power in ever-changing structures (work high or low intensity interval, polyarticular exercise circuit, animal movements …) you’ll solicit your whole body in multiple ways.

Mobility Training

All levels

This course aims to find and develop a broader movement potential, to achieve more ease in your sports practices and your daily life. Through various exercises with body weight and rubber bands, you will mainly work on improving your amplitude movement, strength and flexibility. Balance, stability and agility will also be explored through combinations of exercises to integrate the amplitude gained. This course is open to anyone wishing to explore mobility. Progressions are offered for each level. Important: Regardless of the level of the course, adaptations of postures and exercises are proposed as needed, in order to allow each student to practice in accordance with his boundaries. If you have a special condition, limitation or injury, please advise the teacher before the start of the lesson.

Our base level courses are aimed at beginners in good physical shape. Physical but accessible, they mainly explore basic yoga postures.

Ascension

Our ascension level courses are aimed at students in good physical shape and intermediate practitioners. Physical and sometimes more demanding classes, they explore a wider variety of yoga postures, including some more advanced variations.

Ascension+

Our ascension+ level courses are aimed at intermediate and advanced practitioners in good physical shape. Physical and demanding, they explore a wider variety of yoga postures as well as their more advanced variations.

All levels

These courses are for everyone. Being in good physical shape is an asset.
