Group classes are taught in French.

Private classes

Trained by FQME (Fédération Québécoise de la Montagne et de l’Escalade), our qualified instructors will provide you the most thorough lessons.

We offer lessons for all skill levels and make learning fun while ensuring high standards of safety, risk and injury prevention. Not only will you learn how to use our facility independently but also how to push back the limits of your climbing abilities.

Belay Classes

Learn the essentials to get started on rope climbing and earn your top-rope belaying accreditation*.

Through this 3-hour class, you’ll learn about gear usage & care, belaying, knots, and general safety knowledge.

You’ll have plenty of time to get on the walls to climb and master the techniques needed to gain autonomy.

  • No experience required
  • Ages 12+
  • Climbing harness, belaying device and climbing shoes rental included

A 10-day complimentary Zéro Gravité membership is offered upon completing your learn to belay class! You’ll also have access to the bouldering wall and yoga classes classes on the day of your belay class.

FREE belay test to earn the Zéro Gravité accreditation within the 10 days following the class. You must take your belay test on a different day than your class.

A minimum of 4 participants is required. If fewer than 4 participants are registered 24h before the event, we will reschedule the class or issue a refund.

Included: access to the climbing walls and yoga classes on the days of your lead climbing classes.

FREE 7 days membership offered between both class sessions and FREE belay test to earn the Zéro Gravité accreditation within the 10 days following the completion of your lead climbing class. You must take your belay test on a different day than your class.

Lead Climbing Classes (fr)

You already know how to climb and are looking for new challenges and sensations? Go beyond and earn your lead climbing accreditation*.

During this 7-hour course split into 2 sessions with our expert instructors, you’ll get working on all the skills specific to leading sport routes: lead climbing theory & principles, belaying technique, route progression… and falls!

  • For experienced climbers only
    • Must be top-rope certified at Zéro Gravité
    • Must be able to climb 5.10a routes with ease
    • Must have a minimum of 6 months belaying experience
    • Must bring your own climbing gear (except for the rope)
  • Ages 14+

Technique 101

Are you a beginner climber, and would like to learn more about the vocabulary and fundamental techniques of climbing? This 3-hour class is for you!

In the more theoretical first part of the class, we’ll deal with the terminology of the vertical universe. You’ll know the name and be able to recognize the different climbing styles, types of holds, walls, positions, types of shoes and much more.

Following a complete warm-up routine, the second part of the class will tackle the essential climbing techniques. You’ll see in particular how to change foot efficiently, flagging, smearing, and stemming!

Finally, the last part of the class will offer a synthesis of the concepts and will conclude with different climbing and route reading strategies.

Cours gestuelle escalade

Intermediate Climbing Workshops

Ages 12+, 6 participants maximum. You must be top-rope certified at Zéro Gravité

Included: access to the climbing walls and yoga classes on the days of your climbing workshop.

Break through your climbing plateau. This new program is designed to help you reach the next grade level. Our intensive 3-hour workshops, conducted in small groups, ensure personalized training tailored to participants with similar experience levels.

  • Progression to 5.10 (5.9 to 5.10)
    • Beginner climbers wishing to acquire basic climbing techniques
  • Progression to 5.11 (5.10 to 5.11)
    • Intermediate climbers looking to refine their techniques and develop new climbing skills
