Workshop – Hip Mobility for Climbing

Do you dream of having more open hips, of doing heel hooks or hand-feet up to your face?! This workshop aims to specifically develop the mobility of hips necessary for climbing.*

Through the practice of yoga and other modalities drawn from area of physical training, we will work on strength and control of the lower body in all its amplitude of movement. We will briefly discuss some concepts anatomy, and explore in depth different exercises and routines in order to personalize our practice and transfer our gains on climbing walls.

*The workshop is also accessible and relevant for people who do not practice climbing, but who wish to increase their
mobility.
