François Lacerte
Yoga and Meditation Instructor
Yoga presented itself to him as an unexpected path as he went through a rather foggy period. A few years of diligent practice and more than 800 hours of training in yoga and meditation have transformed him and brought him on a much more rewarding journey than he could have imagined. Because teaching yoga is first of all practicing it, he practices daily in the various branches of the practice of yoga (postural work, breathing exercise, meditation, etc.) applying himself not to restrict this practice to the edge of his yoga mat but to make it evolve in everyday gestures. Because being a teacher is first and foremost being a student, François is in continuous training with his mentor Swami Premananda Saraswati. He is trained in traditional Hatha yoga, in Vinyasa, in anatomy and postural pathologies, in restorative yoga, and received training on chakras and meditation. François has also been climbing for several years.
The compass of Mylène’s path points towards the body. Having been initiated into Yoga via the Iyengar method over 25 years ago, Mylène subsequently studied several yogic approaches. Today she practices a tonic and fluid yoga, where a sense of alignment and exploration are in constant dialogue. Mylène is the initiator of Danga (dance / Yoga) which, since 2013, constitutes the first teaching method of Yoga informed by dance, to be validated by the Yoga Alliance. The questions linked to the great adventure of the body / head duo are those that Mylène favors within her complementary fields of practice, namely those of communicator, and author / performer / choreographer in the theatre. Mother of 2 teenage athletes, Mylène has had the opportunity to teach young climbing competitors for the past few years.

Maude Henrichon

It was her previous sedentary job in front of a screen that motivated Maude to immerse herself more in yoga. Curious and creative, Maude teaches yoga with great passion and enthusiasm. His approach to teaching as sensible as it is sensitive, a teaching that allows connection to body and mind. She enjoys exploring different ways of experiencing movement and therefore teaching different styles of yoga to different types of groups. Passionate about the human organism, movement and the human experience, she seeks to better live and share this research. She also cultivates her wonder rigorously.
After university studies in classical song interpretation, Marianne decides to leave music for a new passion: climbing. It is in this context that she truly discovers yoga, first as a tool for preventing injuries in sport, then as a complete practice (physical, mental, spiritual). She therefore completed her yoga teacher training in Hatha / Vinyasa at Zero Gravity in March 2019, followed by several other courses in meditation, philosophy, chakras, etc. To this day, she actively pursues her study of yoga and meditation with her main teacher, François Lacerte. For Marianne, yoga is integrated into everyday life through practice, discipline and rigour, both on her mat and in the ordinary gestures of life. Her pedagogical approach combines rigour and lightness, in order to guide everyone in a conscious and accessible practice.

Chantale Gervais
Yoga Instructor
Yoga presented itself to Chantale through the path of philosophy several years ago.
For her, yoga is a discipline and a set of tools that combines in an experience leading us to see reality as it is. It is a way of life that is exercised in all circumstances. In other words, yoga, for Chantale, is a way of evolution to develop the potential that each human being carries within.
She is committed to offering and sharing the benefits and freedom that yoga brings to anyone who wishes to receive it.
After training 3 to 4 times a week for more than 20 years in a dozen different sporting disciplines, Eric decided to study how far we can push humans by expanding our range of possibilities. His constant search for new techniques and new points of view has led him to more than a dozen training courses: from CrossFit to self-massages; from PNF stretching to kettlebells, etc. Always curious and critical, he mixes traditional training methods with the latest techniques to offer training that is as varied as it is effective, while remaining motivating and inclusive. More interested in surpassing oneself than performance, his philosophy is: “Run when the weather is good, to be able to walk in the storm. “

Lucas Melo
Yoga Instructor
Lucas was first introduced to yoga during his teenage years. This discipline allowed him to believe in change, as he had just immigrated from Brazil to start a whole new life in Montreal. Wanting to deepen his practice, he obtained his yoga teacher training certification in 2023 under François Lacerte.
Lucas also carries music within him. Having studied jazz, he pursues his musical career in composition, exploring the cultural plurality between his country of origin and Quebec. As a guitarist, double bassist, and singer, Lucas brings a philosophical attention to both his music and his yoga practice.
What initially drew Ingrid to yoga over a decade ago was the profound sense of harmony, openness, and clarity that manifests in this ancient practice. Since then, yoga has become an integral part of her life, guiding her on a journey of self-discovery that has allowed her to deepen her practice and knowledge.
Driven by the desire to share this transformative journey, she actively integrated yoga into her relationships and communities. With each connection forged, she witnessed the profound impact of yoga on others, both physically and mentally. It was during this journey that she realized her calling—to guide others in embarking on their own path to inner peace and reconnection with the Self.
