Danga (Dance + Yoga) Workshop

As part of International Dance Day on April 29th, come explore danga (dance/yoga) with Mylène!

On the theme of “The Beating Life”, this post-confinement workshop will invite us to emerge from the virtual life of the last 2 years, and re-invite the rhythm to pulse within our daily lives and schedules.

Danga is an extroverted way to practice introspection! This dance/yoga approach was initiated by Mylène, and recognized by the American Yoga Alliance.

Ayurveda, the ancient Indian traditional medicine, sister of Yoga, puts great emphasis on the balance that we establish – or not – between the place we give to work, play, friends, relaxation, meals, solitude, presence in nature, listening to oneself and to others, sleep, etc.

From various angles, we will question our present rhythm of life, to know if what we perceive of our inner and outer worlds are in phase, or in arrhythmia (if it is the case, all is not lost!).

Date and time: April 29th from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Price: 35$ + taxes (30$ + taxes until 7 days before the event)
