Yoga Teacher Training
Start teaching yoga or deepen your personal practice
200-hour certified training guided by François Lacerte
The yoga teacher training covers the entire discipline of yoga; Ashtanga, the 8 limbs of yoga. With a balanced approach between tradition and modernity, François offers a course to fully understand this ancestral practice, while developing tools to integrate it into a contemporary way of life. To offer a personalized follow-up for each student, there is a limited number of places for our training. This also allows us to give each of our students the opportunity to teach two classes in our beautiful studio. Although some federations recognize online training and it is now quite widespread, it does not correspond to our vision. Yoga is an act of presence. Thus, it cannot accommodate a simple virtual layout in the context of teacher training; the teaching, understanding and expression of several aspects of the discipline would affect the completeness and coherence of the training.
In addition to being certified by the Canadian Yoga Alliance, World Yoga Federation et Yoga Alliance International Zéro Gravité teacher training is recognized by Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC). Tax receipts can be provided upon request.
Note that yoga teacher training classes are taught in French. Contact us at yoga@zero-gravite.ca if French is not your mother tongue.
