Restorative yoga, therapeutic touch and sound baths
An inner journey to soothe, relax and refocus.
Need to calm your nervous system and reduce your internal temperature this summer?
Treat yourself to an interlude of physical and mental recuperation, a moment of deep relaxation to come back to yourself, gently.
During this workshop, we’ll explore a slow, enveloping, prop-supported restorative yoga practice designed to invite the body and mind to release accumulated tension.
The practice will be accompanied by gentle therapeutic touch, to support the opening of the body, activate deep relaxation and guide your nervous system towards the parasympathetic state – that of rest, regeneration and repair.
We also encourage conscious breathing throughout the session: a return to simple, fluid breathing to regulate internal energy, calm the mind and support bodily relaxation.
To round off this immersion, you’ll be lulled to sleep by a sound bath: the vibrations of Tibetan bowls, chimes and other intuitive instruments will harmonize the energetic body, soothe the emotions and deepen the state of letting go.
Treat yourself to this moment of care and presence. No previous experience necessary – just the desire to slow down and listen to what your body and heart have to say.
