This workshop, both theoretical and practical, introduces you to the concept of the three Guṇas – the fundamental qualities that influence our mind, emotions, and behaviors. By learning to identify an imbalance and respond to it appropriately, we promote a state of alignment with ourselves and the world around us. With simple and structured tools, you will be able to integrate these practices into your daily life independently.
A comprehensive document with all the information and practices covered will be provided to support you in your autonomous journey afterward.
