Nutritionnist
Active and athletic, Mylène understands the nutritional challenges associated with training, recovery, and performance. She regularly runs, cycles, swims, and practices yoga, and knows how to tailor her recommendations to the realities of an active lifestyle. She will help you build a positive relationship with food while supporting your athletic performance. Mylène also has a particular concern for the environmental footprint of our food and will guide you towards best practices.

Mylène is a nutritionist and member of the ODNQ (Order of dietitians-nutritionists of Quebec). She has a bachelor's degree in nutrition from the University of Montreal since 2019 as well as a master's degree in environmental sciences since 2023. She has worked as a clinical nutritionist in a hospital setting and also teaches climbing at Zéro Gravité. She also has a strong concern for sustainable food systems and the environmental impact of our diets.
Passionate about sports in all its forms, Mylène practices running, cycling, swimming, and yoga. She has been climbing since 2016 and loves connecting her various passions: nutrition and climbing!
