Don’t panic ! We offer worry-free trial sessions! We provide all the equipment, and an instructor accompanies you to belay and ensure your safety on the wall.
Children sessions (up to 13 years old) Children are naturally adventurous, and our special sessions for kids are perfect for channeling that energy. All year round, we offer different sessions tailored to their age and level, with a fun and safe approach. Our experienced instructors ensure that each session is both enjoyable and educational.
Our courses for adults (from age 12) are designed to safely introduce you to the basic techniques of climbing. You will learn fundamental movements, how to properly use equipment, and essential safety techniques. Our qualified instructors will guide you every step of the way, helping you build your confidence and skills.
Top-rope classes : If you begin climbing, our top-rope courses will teach you the fundamentals basis for your ascents. Top-rope climbing is a belaying technique where the rope runs through an anchor point at the top of the route. You will learn how to use and take care of the equipment, how to belay, tie knots, and ensure safety for yourself and your climbing partner.
Lead climbing classes: For advanced climbers, we offer lead climbing classes. You will learn the specific skills required for lead climbing: the theory and principles of lead climbing, belaying techniques, progressing on the route… and falling! This demanding discipline is an excellent way to push your limits and improve your climbing mastery.
