Mylène Arbour, a sports nutrition specialist, offers her expertise to help improve your health by meeting your needs.

Mylène is a qualified nutritionist and a member of the Ordre des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec (ODNQ). She holds a bachelor’s degree in nutrition from the University of Montreal, obtained in 2019, and a master’s degree in environmental sciences, obtained in 2023. Drawing on her experience as a clinical nutritionist in a hospital setting, Mylène also teaches climbing at Zéro Gravité.

Mylène is particularly committed to promoting sustainable food systems and is keenly interested in the environmental impact of our diets. Passionate about various sports, she engages in running, cycling, swimming, and yoga. A climber since 2016, she loves combining her passions for nutrition and climbing to offer integrated and personalized approaches to her clients.

Mylène is a nutritionist and member of the ODNQ (Order of dietitians-nutritionists of Quebec). She has worked as a clinical nutritionist in a hospital setting and also teaches climbing at Zéro Gravité. She also has a strong concern for sustainable food systems and the environmental impact of our diets.
Passionate about sports in all its forms, Mylène practices running, cycling, swimming, and yoga. She has been climbing since 2016 and loves connecting her various passions: nutrition and climbing!
