Vinyasa & Yin theme on seasonal change

Vinyasa & Yin Yoga class led by Lucas Melo and accompanied by percussionist Saulo Olmedo Evans, who will play the tablas and ngoni. A Panamanian musician, he studied tablas with master Pandit Ishwar Lal Mishra in India between 2011 and 2015. He now accompanies sitarists Christophe Cinq and Lionel Pezzano in Indian classical music concerts. This session, inspired by the energy of autumn and the transition to winter, invites you to harmonize movement, breath, and music. In Yin Yoga, autumn corresponds to the Metal phase. It represents the ability to return to the essentials and let go, while winter evokes the Water phase, associated with introspection and rejuvenation.
