  • Return to oneself • guided by Clara and Kantuta

Zéro Gravité escalade & yoga 4519 Papineau, Montreal, QC

Following this very Yang summer, it is time to gradually slow down in order to welcome more Yin. Together, let us channel our energy towards introspection. The time has come to integrate what we have learned. To do this, we must dare to settle down and listen to our bodies express themselves. To this end, restorative yoga accompanied by therapeutic touch will encourage a decentralization of the senses, facilitating receptivity to our deep beliefs and needs. The whole experience will be sealed by a sound bath inviting us to potentially reach another state of consciousness.
