Workshop guided by Clara et Kantuta
Treat yourself to a moment of self-reconnection to gently welcome spring, through this restorative yoga practice accompanied by therapeutic touch.
After the long winter months and with the gradual arrival of spring, it’s time to awaken and nurture new energy, ready to integrate past learning.
To achieve this, we propose postures supported by props and conscious breathing, aimed at soothing our physical and mental bodies. Therapeutic touch completes the experience, helping you to let go completely. The experience ends with a sound bath, allowing you to return to yourself and find greater clarity.
Join us in this peaceful atmosphere to release what no longer belongs to you and, gradually, aspire to springtime renewal.
