Adapting your yoga practice throughout pregnancy
The body of the expectant mother is constantly changing during pregnancy. The objective of this workshop is to provide the necessary tools to adapt your regular yoga practice throughout the three trimesters of pregnancy.
During this workshop, you will have the opportunity to explore variations of specific asanas for pregnancy or according to different pregnancy discomforts. You will also be able to explore pranayama and visualization exercises to experience a pregnancy in tune with your body, and thus better approach labor during childbirth.
