Respiration & souffles subtils
May 1 @ 08:30 – 11:30
Workshop guided by François
The term Mahā Sādhana literally means “great practice.” This workshop is a special opportunity to deepen your practice and understanding of āsanas (postures), prānāyamas (breathing exercises), and other yoga techniques, as well as to gain a better understanding of how the various aspects of the discipline are interconnected. For this 3-hour Mahā Sādhana, François invites you to explore the breath and subtle breaths through a long vinyasa practice, prānāyama exercises, and work on becoming aware of the vāyus.
No prerequisites.
