Inukrock is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving the accessibility of rock climbing in Nunavik. Climbing is used as a stepping stone to promote the personal and professional development of Inuit youth. Youth empowerment is at the heart of this organization. You will meet Audrey (co-founder), Qirniulaut (climbing animator), who will share their experiences with us. Inukrock’s vision is to create a network of climbers from Nunavummiut who will become leaders in their communities. The conference will be held in English and French.

On the day of the event, you will have a limited time to accumulate as many points as possible by strategically climbing a range of routes (scramble) between 5.8 and 5.12+.
A workshop for all levels that helps you understand and control your body's alignment to optimize balance and reduce effort. The use of the wall as a learning tool, duo spotting techniques, and strategies to manage risk safely will be covered to build a strong and sustainable handstand practice.
The immersive workshop consists of an hour of restorative yoga guided by Clara, accompanied by a therapeutic touch given by Kantuta. Relaxation is enhanced by a well-chosen playlist and a half-hour sound bath at the end.
